French "Droit Individuel à la Formation" & Training Requirements
In addition to the standard GP offerings, General Physics France
provides its France-based customers with consulting and support in implementing:
- The "Droit Individuel à la Formation"
(DIF)
- Implementation within the training department and across the company
- Design and deployment of specific tools and solutions to support the overall process
- Interfacing of DIF-related tools with existing training tools or learning management
system (LMS)
- Administration of the "Formation Professionnelle Continue"
- Company record management (CIF, Plan de Formation,
Alternance, Périodes de Professionnalisation, etc.)
and training tax declarations creation (forms 2483 and 2486)
